Air Mindanao also called AirMin (IATA: DVO), is the main homegrown airline serving Davao City in the Philippines.



HistoryEdit

Air Mindanao started as Air Davao which served Cebu, Manila and Hong Kong and ceased operations in 2004 and commenced operations as Air Mindanao serving Manila and Cebu.

After growing as Mindanao's fastest growing airline, Air Mindanao started International Services to Bangkok, Tokyo, London, Madrid, Singapore and Seoul and added domestic destinations to Butuan, Clark, Zamboanga and Iloilo.

The airline cancelled its operations on Europe and focused on its Asian routes, the airline was known to tour popstars such as Katy Perry and Lady Gaga in the Philippines. As of April 16, Air Mindanao ceased its operations and was rebranded into PAL Express, the low-cost version of Philippine Airlines.
